User Applications

The ENIGMA Application Toolkit provides the ability to create data sets to hold additional information relating to the address or object captured. Each record is automatically linked to the reference on the Gazetteer, thus negating the need to develop linkage to the user data contained in the applications.

Some typical applications could be Planning History, Property Details, Valuation Data, Enforcement Actions, Tree Preservation Data, Contaminated Land etc, and the relevant data relating to Land Charge Searches.

Local Land Charges

A specific module has been developed with the necessary functionality to enable the completion of Land Charge Searches, received both direct from solicitors or from the National Portal Hub. This allows each responsible department to answer their specific questions, with overall control of the system being that of the designated Land Charges Officer.
