ENIGMA Gazetteer

The ENIGMA BS7666 approved Gazetteer can be used to develop and hold the Local Land and Property Gazetteer (LLPG), for any Local Authority. It can also send and receive updates/deletions/amendments to the National Land and Property Gazetteer (NLPG) custodian.

Additional links can be built from the gazetteer to other local authority applications containing property addresses. The Gazetteer can also be used to hold object related data, i.e. Land Terrier Files, Spatial Object data for polygons, line and symbol features, or anything that does not relate to an address.

If the geocode of the relevant address or object is contained within the Gazetteer, this can then be linked to an existing GIS application.

The Gazetteer can be used on its own or in conjunction with the User Application Toolkit or Local Land Charges solution provided by ENIGMA.
